Data Processing Agreement (Summary)

This summary describes how Doctors My Agency processes personal data on behalf of subscribing clinics. A full DPA is available on request for Enterprise customers.

Roles

Clinic = Data Controller. Doctors My Agency = Data Processor for patient and message data handled through the platform.

Processing purposes

• AI receptionist replies and appointment scheduling
• Reminders, follow-ups, and lead management
• Analytics and daily briefs for clinic owners

Sub-processors

Hosting (cPanel/server), email (SMTP), messaging (Twilio), AI inference (DeepSeek/OpenAI-compatible API), payments (Stripe), media (Cloudinary). List available on request.

Security

Encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), clinic data isolation, access controls, and audit logging for AI actions.

Data subject requests

Clinics handle patient requests; we assist with export/deletion within 30 days of a verified clinic request.
