Doctors My Agency (“we”, “our”) operates the Clinic-OS platform for healthcare clinics. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information.

Information we collect

Clinic account data: name, email, phone, specialty, working hours, treatments.
Patient data entered by clinics or via booking/chat: name, phone, email, appointment details.
Message content processed by the AI receptionist on behalf of the clinic.
Technical logs: IP address, browser type, API usage for security and support.

How we use data

We use data to provide AI receptionist services, appointment booking, reminders, analytics for clinic owners, and platform support. We do not sell patient data.

Data isolation

Each clinic’s data is logically isolated. AI is scoped to the clinic’s own knowledge base and calendar.

Retention & deletion

Clinics may request export or deletion of their account data by contacting support@doctorsmyagency.com.
